There may even be 2. Locate where the water line penetrates the exterior wall and trace it back to locate the valve(s). I doubt that you have a leak as you would hear the water running. If the house is that new, there may be a loose piece of solder or "crud" in the line that needs to be removed. This would require some pipe disassembly. Good luck.
