How much water do you drink daily? What type of water do you drink?

I drink a gallon of water each day, and since I no longer have water delivery, I usually go to walmart and purchase their 50 cent gallon bottles of water. Anyway, I’m thinking of just using tap water, but attaching a filter to the faucet. What about all of you?

not much mayby a pint a day, and its tap water, but tap water sucks where i stay, thats why i dont drink so much

Since I live In America, where there are standards , I drink it from the tap, where 99% of all bottled water originates.

I drink three 18 ounce bottles of Propel by Gatorade a day.

I drink about a half gallon a day. I also drink about a half gallon of unsweetened tea w/ fresh lemon a day.
I gave up Coca Cola 2 years ago….after a lifetime of at least one a day.
I don’t drink alcohol.
I drink tap water….which comes from my 300′ well. I live in the mountains of N.C./ USA .
Water rules! (I think I’ll go have a glass right NOW!)

At least 64 ounces (it’ll help you live longer!) and I buy bottled water from Sam’s club…it’s the cheapest place to get it where I live.

It depends on how active I am during the day. When I have soccer games, I drink more throughout the day so that I will be hydrated before, during, and after the game. On an average day, I drink about 5 bottles of water, but I will only drink the purified kind because other brands like Arrowhead taste weird to me.

I drink 1 gallon of water a day, at least. when I am strapped for cash I turn on my Brita purifier attached to my faucet and fill a few gallon bottles. Or I buy Distilled water.

I drink a ton of water these days. Especially since moving to FL from Ohio.. it’s hot down here most of the time. We have a water delivery service (Culligan) and we get 5 gallons at a time. I probably drink a good 1/2 to 3/4 a gallon a day at work alone! (lots of potty breaks.. lol!!!)
